United Kingdom — Free

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Europe & USA

We are happy to ship to Europe and the United States. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Sowerby boots. If you're not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Returns Conditions

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging
Please do not tape or deface the original shoe box
We ask that you try your boots on carpet only with leather soles, to avoid any damage to the soles

Return Postage

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will process either a full refund or an exchange — whichever you prefer. We will cover the postage cost to send any exchange or replacement back to you.
