Our story began after World War I, when William Sowerby returned home and started making boots to help the injured—first horses, then soldiers. What started in a front room workshop became a family legacy built on resilience, care, and craftsmanship. Three generations later, we still work with British manufacturers and hold ourselves to the same standard: make boots that last, and stand by every pair. No gimmicks. No shortcuts.
